• Issue: Weak 4G signal indoors due to nearby hills and thick brick walls

 Challenges Faced

• Surrounding terrain (hills) caused significant signal attenuation from the nearest cell tower

• Thick double-brick external walls and concrete flooring blocked mobile signals

• Signal coverage required for both floors, including the central living area and upstairs bedrooms

• Client needed stable 4G connection for mobile calls, streaming, and remote work

 Our Solution

We deployed a high-performance quad-band mobile signal booster (700/850/1800 MHz) to match Australian carrier frequencies (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone):

Installed Components:

• 1 × outdoor directional Yagi antenna mounted on the second-floor balcony, aligned with the tower direction
• 2 × indoor ceiling antennas (one per floor) for wide and even signal distribution
• Shielded low-loss coaxial cables to minimize signal loss
• Booster amplifier installed in a central hallway cupboard for easy access and cooling

 Results Achieved

• Strong and stable 4G LTE signal throughout both floors
• Crystal-clear voice calls and high-speed internet access
• Reliable video streaming and online conferencing without dropouts
